HOS work with 6 suppliers based in Turkey, India and China. All their products are made by people who work in safe environments and receive fair pay. All suppliers must be able to provide updated BSCI, SMETA AND SEDEX certificates every year.

Shipping & Click and Collect

Your item will be shipped via our delivery partner within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order is placed on the weekend it will be shipped on the stores next day of business. 

Orders placed before 10am are likely to be picked up on the same day. 

If you'd like to Click and Collect your order please wait until the 'Ready for pick up' has been sent. 

Click and Collect is available to all customers wanting to pick up orders from our Brunswick location during the stores business hours.
