Natural soap designed for deep moisturization. Scents of palo santo, lavender, and vetiver take you far away. Super-softening plant oils, shea butter, coconut, and jojoba oil provide hydration, and sea salt exfoliates.

The organic palm oil used in Sounds soaps is sustainably sourced in northeastern Brazil exclusively with local, organic, fair-trade farms. Their supplier is the first American company to be granted a 100% sustainable identity by the most stringent criteria of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), is certified both Fair Trade and EcoSocial, and is the only supplier endorsed by Greenpeace.

Shipping & Click and Collect

Your item will be shipped via our delivery partner within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order is placed on the weekend it will be shipped on the stores next day of business. 

Orders placed before 10am are likely to be picked up on the same day. 

If you'd like to Click and Collect your order please wait until the 'Ready for pick up' has been sent. 

Click and Collect is available to all customers wanting to pick up orders from our Brunswick location during the stores business hours. 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


To start a return, you can contact us at betterwithfriendsstore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
